White Beans - Aromatic Sauce - Vegetarian
This is one delicious, organic, vegetarian dinner
White Organic Big Beans One Yellow Medium onion 3 garlic cloves A good quality tomatoe sauce with basil Organic dried oregano
Ginger if you feel for it
Some Bouillon (but salt is ok too)
Some fresh parsley
Yellow and red pepper if you feel for it
Fry the onion yellow in butter or oil or coconut oil, your choice add some spices if you feel for it then keep it in the oven 200 degrees, 20 min, done
To the Single Men out there
Today was THE Day...for the first time ever in life.....to create the dish...I love eating.
There is alot of work behind it. I will NOT be creating this again, it is way too time consuming for me.
But it does taste good. Rather unhealthy with the flour and meat, but some people have no problems with eating such food, so they are blessed.
Some Organic Beef...400-500 grams
A can of crushed tomatoes....
One yellow onion
3 parts of a garlic...
Some Thyme & Oregano
Smokey Barbeque sauce
Cheese that melts
The dried Lasagna pieces
Fry the meat brown in butter..then add the onion, celery and carrot...stir it in a big pan.....for some minutes...then.....pour in the tomatoes, garlic, spices....let is simmer low for 20 min
During the time...prepare the sauce...
One liter of milk......in some 5 big spoons of olive oil...let it boil slowly for 5 min...let it cook up.....
add some salt and peper...and grated cheese...
then start your layer...........as I do in the video
200 degrees...30 min
melt the cheese on top
Queenly Chickpeas and Eggs
All you need is can of Chick Peas, preferably organic
One Yellow Onion
Some butter (because I like it, but you can use oil if you feel for that too)
Your favorite spices...I prefer Kebab, Mexican spices
now I added some tomatoe paste for the color...........and some natural yughurt..but that is so over-doing it, you can just be without it, it will taste amazing any how
Fry the onion until it becomes soft....then add your peas....and make some eggs on the side
Enjoy this cheap, semi-healthy lunch for you and your family, I eat it with ketchup
